Apparently, it has been a LONG time since it rained in Houston because people were caught unprepared! But, not to worry, we are some creative people...
This lady is either vain because she was having a good hair day and wanted it to remain looking good OR she is not in the least bit vain and doesn't care that she is wearing a produce bag on her head!!

Now that's funny!!! I can honestly say that good hair day or not, I have never thought to put a produce bag on my head.
Oh, and I am totally in for a lunch date at Chuys this summer. Let's plan it......for real.
